About Sandy Spaulding
Alexander "Sandy" Spaulding is the President, Managing Partner and Founder of Sea Glass Capital Advisors, a financial and management advisory firm he founded in 2005. He spent the previous 8 years working with Bill Bain and Ralph Willard developing Hinckley Yachts into one of America ’s great brands. Hinckley is America ’s premier builder of semi-custom sail and power yachts based in Maine. Hinckley is also one of the largest service and refit companies for yachts in the United States. In capacities including President of Hinckley Yachts and EVP and CFO of The Hinckley Company, Sandy was responsible for sales, marketing, and product development, including overseeing the sales team in five regional offices around the U.S., marketing initiatives such as boat shows and owner-oriented events, product development. He was also responsible for boat building operations of over 300 boat-building employees.
Sandy assembles his Sea Glass Team Members for engagements on a case-by-case basis. He has an extensive network of accomplished business women and men that he has access to as required for a specific engagement.
